1. Where We Ship

 

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Europe.

If you need delivery outside these regions, please email team@myfilini.com and we will try to find a suitable solution.

 

2. Delivery and Costs

 

We offer both standard and express shipping methods. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, accurate shipping methods, costs and timeframes will be displayed. For standard shipping, please refer to the below estimated timeframes.

Europe

3. Couriers We Use


We work only with a selected number of couriers that ensure the quickest, most efficient and gentle care of your package.

 

UK: Royal Mail

Standard: Tracked 48
Express: Tracked 24

 

Europe: UPS

Standard: UPS Standard
Express: UPS Express Saver


With each Filini order you will receive a tracking number, ensuring you’re informed about every step of the process. 

European Orders: Your personal tracking link will allow you to select your preference for signed or unsigned delivery.

 

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

How It Works - European Orders

Item Prices: All European customers see item prices excluding VAT on our website. Due to Brexit, Filini is not allowed to charge your local VAT rate - this is because UK-EU shipments are regarded as imports/exports. 

 

Your local customs office may therefore apply import duties and VAT when the parcel enters your country. The courier will send you a simple payment link, making the process quick and hassle-free.

 

 

5. Delays & External Factors

 

While we work hard to ensure your Filini order arrives on time, certain situations outside our control may affect delivery speed. These can include:

  • Customs processing or inspections
  • Holiday season congestion
  • Courier network backlogs
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Local postal or courier strikes

We kindly ask for your understanding should any of these external factors cause unexpected delays. Our team is always here to help and will assist wherever possible.

Holiday Dispatch Schedule


Please note that during the festive period, couriers experience significantly higher volumes, which may affect our dispatch and delivery timelines.

  • For orders placed between 20th December and the 3rd January, please allow for an additional 3 business days for your parcel to arrive.
