If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange your size, please contact team@myfilini.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Simply include your order number and a short note explaining the reason for your return or exchange, and we will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
At Filini, we approach returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure you receive the most thoughtful and suitable solution.
Eligibility
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- New, unused, and unwashed
- In their original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without the need to provide justification.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also be required to provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
You may choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on myfilini.com
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or credit has been issued.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your size, please email us at team@myfilini.com.
We will confirm availability and support you through the exchange process.
If you would like to exchange your size, we are happy to arrange this for you. Customers are responsible for the return postage to Filini. Once we receive your return, we will ship your exchange to you free of charge.
How to Start a Return
- Email team@myfilini.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- We will review your request and provide the return address along with next steps.
Important Notes
- We are not able to refund original shipping costs, duties, or taxes.
- Unless your item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked or registered service, as Filini cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damages & Issues
If you believe your item is damaged, please contact team@myfilini.com as soon as possible with photos and your order number.
We will review the issue and offer the most appropriate solution.
